The School of Art and Design at Southern Illinois University Carbondale is pleased to present Creative Futures 2026, the result of our third statewide high school art and design competition. Thirty works by Illinois high school juniors and seniors were accepted. Congratulations to all of the student-artists in the show!

AWARDS
A total of $13,500 in scholarships were awarded across the following categories:
2-D Art: including media such as, but not limited to: drawing, painting, photography, and printmaking
3-D Art: including media such as, but not limited to: ceramics, glass, metals, and sculpture
Design/Digital Art: including media such as, but not limited to: web/graphic design, industrial design, animation, and video
